By inviting, installing, or using BOT_NAME (“the Bot”, “Service”), you agree to these Terms. You must also comply with Discord’s Terms/policies and TacoShack’s Terms/policies where applicable.
BOT_NAME is an independent companion bot intended to enhance the TacoShack experience. BOT_NAME is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TacoShack unless explicitly stated. Not using BOT_NAME does not affect your ability to use TacoShack.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. If you add the bot to a server, you confirm you have authority to do so and to configure permissions and settings.
BOT_NAME requires certain permissions to function (for example: sending messages, reading channels where installed, and reading message history where needed for its features).
Restricting permissions may limit or disable features (including reminders and in-channel delivery).

You may provide content such as reminder text, custom messages, or server configuration. You are responsible for the content you provide and ensuring it is appropriate and lawful.
The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
We may restrict access or remove the bot from a server if we reasonably believe there is abuse, policy violation, security risk, or operational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPERATOR_NAME is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption arising from use of the bot.
These Terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION.
